This week we've been exploring the special considerations builders need to take into account when creating structures in Wellinnton. Our inquiry task is to build a bridge that is strong enough to hold a specific weight and withstand some of Wellington's unique natural forces: Wild weather and earthquakes!

Yesterday in Kake, we explored Wellington's unique weather and how it changes throughout the year. We discovered that Wellington has a lot of wind, fast moving tides and a surprising amount of sunlight hours.
